Shipping time

We aim to process your order and have it shipped to you as soon as possible, it may take 2-3 business days to ship your order.

When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a link or a tracking number to track your order delivery.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays. 

Order processing time can be extended during public holidays and special offer periods.


Shipping rates

All US orders are shipped with DHL. 

All Canada, European and international orders are shipped with DHL or NovaPost. 

All Ukrainian orders are shipped with NovaPost.

Delivery time for US, Canada and European orders is 5-7 Business days.

Delivery time for international orders is 7-10 Business days.

Carrier’s shipping rates:

  • On US, Canada and European orders over EUR 250.00 the shipping is free.

  • Shipping cost on all US, Canada and European orders below EUR 250.00 is EUR 6.49-11.99.

  • On other international orders over EUR 300.00 the shipping is free.

  • Shipping cost on all other international orders below EUR 300.00 is EUR 11.99.

  • On Ukrainian orders over  EUR 250.00 the shipping is free.

  • Ukrainian orders below  EUR 250.00  the shipping is in accordance with the NovaPost tariffs.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Shipments are delivered to the receiver’s address given by the shipper with a recipient name.

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, and AR Crimea.


Delivery time

The delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination. These are only estimates. The delivery time will be estimated by the carrier when the order is shipped and you will receive the carrier’s tracking link.

Shipping times are carrier service estimates, we are not responsible for delays that occur on the shipping carrier’s or customs side. Please note that order shipping time can be extended due to public holidays or carrier service interruptions. 


Duties & Taxes

All prices do not include international taxes and customs fees. All prices are quoted free of any additional charges. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, which means that your order might be subject to local taxes and duties depending on the destination country’s legislation. Check your country’s import rules before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees and taxes. Please note that the taxes, duties, and customs fees are not refunded.


Wrong address

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors, however, you are solely responsible for providing your address accurately. We do not verify the accuracy of the address provided and are not responsible for any inaccuracies. 

 

Import duties for some countries are stated here as a guidance for your convenience and should be checked with your local customs authorities as they may be a subject of legislation change:

The EU has no customs duty that is payable .

The UK has custom duties on orders over 150 EUR + 20% VAT.

The USA has custom duties on orders over 800 USD, no VAT.

Canada has custom duties on orders over 20 USD + 5% VAT.

The UAE has custom duties on orders over 1000 AED + 5% VAT.

Please note that shipping costs may be also included in the customs value.
